Dear Mr James

In a telephone conversation yesterday, we discussed plans for a birthday celebration in the building Buana Jaya. I want to confirm the plan to you.

The date for the anniversary celebration is the 15th of December. 7 pm  to 10 p.m. And 100 invited guests will attend. we will need a large room that can accommodate all the invited guests

As we have discussed, we will need 20 tables and chairs, a microphone, speakers, air conditioning, desk chair, projector and room decor.

At 8 pm, we will serve you dinner. I would appreciate you fax me with menu selection soon a possible. but no latter than december 5th.

I also will receive the projected costs for the celebration of our day, You do not need to include the cost of catering eat malam.sehingga can be sent via fax or email me costs are projected by november 31th. I will give you a confirmation at the end of our booking on november 31th.

I want to thank you for your assistance in planning a birthday celebration us.I hope to see you next week when I see you have other facilities.

Thank you for the letter you sent on november 20th last.  letter stating your interest in the building Buana Jaya,. This letter is our confirmation. The next call to discuss the cost of your anniversary

We understand you want to book the facilities in the building buana jaya on the 15th of December. With 100 invited guests. And you'll need one large room that can accommodate all the guests you invite.

As you requested, we will provide 20 tables and chairs microphones, and speakers, as well as the great room of the projector. These requests may be submitted two weeks before the date of the anniversary celebration.

As you requested, I will fax the projected costs on  november 31th,  and once you decide what is needed and what kind of meal, we can complete the estimated costs.

I appreciate you for planning a reception in our building, we hope to show you when you visit our facility this week.
